My client is an innovative international law firm with offices worldwide. They are looking to hire a HR Manager to cover a 12-14 month FTC.


The HR Manager will be responsible for a full spectrum of generalist HR responsibilities. Reporting directly into the Director of Talent Management the key duties will include:


  • Provide guidance and lead on performance management and ER cases
  • Support and deliver the firm’s initiatives, working closely with key stakeholders
  • Managing annual salary reviews
  • Manage flexible working requests
  • Carry out exit interviews
  • Support with process improvements and various HR projects, working alongside the US

The HR Manager will have at least 5 years of professional HR experience with an emphasis on employee relations, recruiting and workforce management. They will be CIPD qualified with experience of UK employment law. They will demonstrate integrity and ethical behaviour and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The right candidate will have a supportive and positive approach and will be able to build relationships on all levels.
