Responsibilities:
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Taleo, Workday, and PeopleSoft to track and manage candidate data
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and job postings on various job boards and company websites
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Experience supervising or managing a team is preferred
- Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
