Job Summary

Despite challenging times, the Council aims to build upon the successes of introducing the E-Performance and Self-Service models of the HR/Payroll Chris system by further implementation of online systems. This will transform the Council by aligning our vision, strategic aims and objectives, structures and processes with a future in which digital technology will help to reshape the workforce, practices and process of Merthyr Tydfil Council Borough Council.

In acknowledgement of our strategic objectives, informed by the acceleration of all things digital, the Council seeks to achieve excellence across all areas by introducing further additional models that include E-recruitment, Onboarding, Mobile HR and Data Dashboards
