Some details for you;

The Role

- Designing, building, and testing the reporting requirements for HRIS.

- Supporting the HR team and wider end users during implementation projects.

- Identifying relationships and trends from the data and presenting these clearly.

- Curiosity is key with this role, using novel approaches to visualise the hire to retire goal.

Experience preferred

- The is a data role, to be successful we would look for the following technologies;

§ Highly Advanced Excel

§ Dashboard creation

§ Reporting systems i.e. Power BI, SQL etc

§ HRIS/ERP i.e. SAP Sucessfactors, Kronos etc

The Candidate

- This is a fast paced environment, you need to be the sort of person who will enjoy this.

- Team working is essential, you will be surrounded by support and knowledge to supplement your own.

- Presentation and communication skills, experience providing recommendations from analysis to enable solid decision making.

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
