Job Description

My client is primed for the next chapter of change.

Reporting into the Senior HR Change Partner, the HR Change Partner will be a trusted partner to the People and Transformation Team on ER and Change & Transformation planning and delivery.

The focus of the Change & Transformation activity is considered ’value-add’ and supports the business and its people to further develop smarter ways of working (the right people, in the right place, with the right skills) and a ’performance vs wellbeing’ culture that focuses on customer-centricity. The activities are geared toward immediate, mid and long term change and success. Projects include;

  • TUPE
  • Organisational design
  • Talent management and development
  • Culture & engagement
  • Diversity & inclusion, and wellbeing


Working closely with the senior management teams, you will develop successful relationships with key stakeholders (across a variety of business streams).

You will act as your business area ’Change Partner’ and work alongside the BAU HR Business Partners to deliver the change programmes.

Based in south Manchester, you will also support client groups nationally - therefore some travel will be required when necessary.

In short, this is a delivery focused role that will require you to ’roll your sleeves up’!!

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this HR Change Partner role, you will have proven experience within a generalist HR Business Partnering capacity, who has supported in advising and delivering large- and small-scale business readiness and people change programmes.

You will have a proven background in a matrix and unionised environment across a multi-site customer remit. Industry expertise such as Telecoms, Retail, Utilities, Construction, FMCG are highly desirable.

What’s on Offer

This role will also pay £55,000 to £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience), a performance related bonus and a suite of benefits.
