Role: HR Business Partner (maternity)Location: Wilmslow & home working (Hybrid)Contract: 9 monthsAnnual Salary: c£50,600 per annumInside IR35
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner to work for a leading national organisation based in Wilmslow. You will work mainly from home.
You will be joining the People Service Team to act as the strategic people lead for the businesses Executive Directorates and their respective departments.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Extended People Leadership Team, the People Business Partners are aligned to senior stakeholders, and work in partnership with them to implement the people strategy within their business areas.
Acting as a critical business partner to Directors or Heads of Service, you will support the building of directorate capability, create local people plans, workforce planning and resourcing strategies, and develop approaches that achieve our organisational objectives.
As a credible business partner, coach and mentor, your opinions are asked for, listened to and respected because you have the ability to lift above transactional HR activity, look at the big picture and proactively deliver strategically aligned solutions.
Key skill set required for this role;
Proven knowledge and experience of HR business partnering in a regulated or unionised environment
Ideally HR generalist background
Experience of leading, implanting and embedding strategically aligned people initiatives.
Passionate about value-add HR and be someone that comfortably acts with tenacity, curiosity, and agility to deliver multiple people initiatives, continuously mitigating risk and defining measurable outcomes for our people.
Strong collaboration, ownership and accountability
Work closely with the wider People Services team to provide expert guidance and advice to your stakeholders.
Exceptional relationship management with stakeholders
Business/ commercial acumen
Ability to have operational insight to identify key performance levers, influence decision making and deliver effective people initiatives aligned to our organisational strategy.
Excellent IT systems knowledge and experience
