HR Business Partner

Our Company

Over the last 18 months, Marlowe PLC has acquired a number of leading business services groups, including Law at Work, Ellis Whittam, YouManage, esphr and HRSP. We have embarked on an ambitious integration programme which will be completed through 2021. These businesses will be brought together under a new brand and a consolidated business and approach, leveraging and building on the strengths of this considerable legacy.

The Role

We are looking to appoint an engaging and delivery-focused HR professional to positively influence the full range of our “candidate and colleague offer” as an HR Business Partner. Colleagues are at the forefront of everything we do. This is not “fluffy stuff”; our business success is directly related to the extent to which our colleague are engaged. We are blessed with strong engagement levels; our challenge now is to combine and harness that goodwill in a new, merging organisation.

Working with an Internal People team that is set to grow (currently includes a Chief People Officer and an HR Officer), the successful candidate will provide strong “business partnering” support to key business functions covering the full spectrum of the candidate / colleague “lifespan”. Further acquisitions are planned so the role will also demand involvement in the integration of those new colleagues.
