Job title: HR Business Partner
Location: Birmingham , East Midlands
Salary : £50k Car or Car Allowance and 10% bonus

My client : Brilliant organisation and leaders in their field , Multiple site operational business providing services to many different sectors. A very exciting time to join with many changes coming into place.

The Role: This role is all about acting as a HR Business Partner working across Multiple sites and engaging with management in a fresh approach , thinking outside the box and being extremley focussed arround engagement .Ideally you will be :

Experience HRBP
Worked across Multiple sites , Operations , Project Work ( some chunky projects involved )
Some union / collective experience
Intouch with managers out in the field

Delivering high quality , customer focussed and efficent generalist HR support
Strong with HR Process’s
Strong relationship management with HRD’S and Other senior memeber sto share insights into specifics
Exit Management

The role will require a self confident HR professional and someone who can take instruction and run with them , also my client really is looking for attention to detail.

Ideal background Someone who has been a robust HRBP partner with multiple site experience and some union experience and exit management experience and offcourse eceptional attention to detail OR someone who has a confidence about them and their HR knowledge but may not be the finished article in HR , however has all the qualities to move into a great team of HR colleagues with a super HR Director .The opportunity is there for the right calibre candidate.
