Human Resources business partnerThis role is perfect for someone looking to make a genuine difference in their day to day and an impact in the wider community, someone with experience across ER case work/ Staff or volunteer coordination and induction/ complex disciplinary cases & occupational health.Person specification
  • Good working knowledge and ability to apply in practice employment law and best practice in relation to human resources issues including equality and diversity issues & ER casework.
  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualified, or equivalent experience
  • Confidence in organizational and time-management skills along with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and respond to individuals in a caring, empathetic manner.
  • Ability to show initiative and propose solutions to issues identified
Role Responsibilities
  • Working across various teams to ensure that volunteers are inducted effectively and managed correctly and within budget.
  • People business partnering- develop a detailed and engaging solutions where required, work with department heads to identify potential within their existing team and support where further training and development is required.
  • Charity development - ensure that the values of the charity are upheld, supporting the HR manager and communication team for internal and external communication’s
  • Working with the corporate services team, plan and programme of trustee support, work with members the HR team in a collaborative and effective manner.
