HR Manager/HR Business Partner - Permanent role with a salary of £40k+ Car allowance, Based in Worksop, hybrid working 3/2 We are looking for someone familiar with working in a business partner model with a generalist background who can lead a transformational project for the depot-based team at Worksop. The project includes OD, workforce planning, Reward, ER, L & and Resourcing. Project & change management skills are essential in this role, as is knowledge of HR issues and current trends. An excellent position for someone who wants to cover a variety of topics. Influencing to develop Trusted Advisor status through the people and using data to back up decisions would be essential in this role. You will work closely with the site General Manager and Operations Manager, plus be part of the wider UK HR team. In addition, you will have an office on site. Level 7 CIPD (preferred) or an equivalent professional HR qualification, someone who can work on their own or within a team, delivering to timescales. The business is on a journey, and it’s an inspiring time to work on these projects. Salary for the role is £40-50k+ and car allowance, plus other benefits including personal development.
