We want to make sure that everyone has an opportunity to fulfil their ambitions, no matter who or where they are.What You’ll Be DoingAs HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will provide specialist advice and support to managers and staff on all aspects of people management and employee relations. You will also have responsibility across a range of HR activities including case management and people-related projects such as workforce planning, recruitment, health and wellbeing and employee engagement.The Skills You’ll NeedYou will be an experienced HR generalist with significant employee relations experience and demonstrable knowledge of current employment legislation. As such, one of our main hub locations (Dumfries or Selkirk) should be within reasonable commuting distance of your home address. To enable you to do your job to the best of your ability, IT equipment will be delivered to your home to make the onboarding process as seamless as possible.This role is full time initially for a period of 6 months, although we will consider alternative working patterns.The closing date for applications is 26th June 2022 at 11.59pm and interviews will be held as soon as practical thereafter.
