NECS: A Care System Support Organisation is a growing business providing a range of services internally, to NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), North East North Cumbria Integrated Care Board and a range of other external customers on a national footprint including the North East of England, Cumbria, Yorkshire and Humber and Derbyshire - our customer base continues to expand as we grow and develop our portfolio of services.

Our vision is to enable life changing improvements to the health and wellbeing of communities by designing and delivering creative solutions for our customers.

As our business is expanding and the workforce agenda developing, an opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join our established team. Interested applicants will be experienced, credible and resourceful, able to work within this pioneering and commercially focussed environment. You will have a proven record of consistently delivering strong, positive performance against objectives that provide valued outputs, while also demonstrating positive behaviours consistent with the NECS values.

In providing an effective and efficient HR service to the business and our customers, you will have experience of dealing with complex employment relations cases and supporting organisational change through a transformation and service improvement agenda.

This is a varied and broad role, working across a number of HR dimensions and projects spanning the employee lifecycle, therefore excellent organisational skills are essential. Your wide knowledge of employment law and HR best practice will enable you to champion the role of HR in addressing business and operational needs. The successful candidate will be agile and be able to undertake travel as a component of the role.
