The Role

HR Business Partner

To support our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our Global Tools & Storage business covering the UK however with EMEA oversight / coordination.

This is a broad, hands-on role delivering a breadth of HR where you will be supporting senior line managers across the full HR suite. This role will be crucial in representing HR as a credible, visible, partner to the business.

As the HR Business Partner, you will take ownership of the management of operational HR issues across the full scope of the generalist HR function for GTS in the UK, spanning across the Commercial (Sales & Marketing) and Product (Product Management) and Manufacturing organisation. On top of this, the HR Business Partner will work with local HR across EMEA in coordinating efforts and overseeing the execution of our HR strategy.

Location

You will be placed on a virtual contract (based from home) and therefore you must be comfortable working remotely. You will have the freedom to travel when you deem necessary and utilise our offices (based in Slough) when required.

Your Business Area

Our global world-class brands in hand and power tools are known worldwide for being tough, innovative and up to the task. We are the only player with major positions in each of power tools, hand tools, accessories, and storage, as well as significant global channel presence in all four major end-markets: construction, DIY, industrial, and auto repair.

The role focuses on providing HR support to our Engineering, Power Tools and Hand Tools Business Units.
