MPAAS supports domestic and commercial UK energy suppliers to deliver an end to end, seamless metering solution.

The MPAAS solution offers both the consumer and supplier more than just a meter installation and maintenance service. Whilst ensuring safety and quality we empower suppliers and consumers through our technology led solution.

Due to further growth within the business, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the team based at our head office in Haydock

This will be a new role within the business. The HR Business Partner will be tasked with providing HR support to employees and management as well as integrating group strategic initiatives to the business.

This is a stand-alone position, with generalist support from an outsourced HR team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to the business on all HR matters
  • Implement policies and procedures on all HR matters
  • Proactively consult, coach and guide management on all employee issues; performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management ..
  • Assist in building leadership skills of middle management via effective coaching, training and development
  • Communicate all HR policies and employment legislation to the business
  • Partner with the wider group on HR strategy and organisational development plans
  • Analyse data and produce reports
Requirements
  • HR professional with experience gained ideally in business with a predominately filed based workforce
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • Thorough understanding of employment law and HR practices
  • Highly organised and detail orientated
  • Able to establish partnerships and maintain productive working relationships at all levels in an organisation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Package
  • Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
  • Flexible Working - Option of 1/2 days from home
  • 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (Increases by 1 day every year worked at MPAAS)
