HR Assistant

12 Month Contract

£20 per hour

Our client, a pioneer in aviation and aerospace, has an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor for a 12 month contractto work with their experienced team of HR Business Partners.

The purpose of the role is to provide support to the HR Business Partner team with recruitment and onboarding activities, acting as a primary interface for external and internal candidates, and other key stakeholders involved in recruitment and onboarding. You will also ensure that HR policies are applied and that HR processes are implemented effectively and consistently in the business area in line with local legislation and global HR strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
  • Updating HR tools related to all the actions of the recruitment lifecycle
  • Support the HRBP team with preparation of reports for respective reviews on topics such as absenteeism, headcount, bonus & salary reviews

This role will be the perfect opportunity for you to grow as an HR professional and you will be part of a transnational & trans divisional team who is keen to support your development.

To succeed in this role, key skills include:

  • Strong IT/ Data analytics skills
  • A keen interest in HR. Desirable CIPD level 5.
  • Some experience in HR and an understanding of HR policies, processes and systems
  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding
  • customer orientation skills and responsiveness with a solution mindset
  • Ideally some experience with Workday
