Wild Recruitment are working alongside a well-known established brand, working as a HR and Payroll Coordinator. The Role- What you will be doing?


  • Mange the payroll/ pension and benefits administration
  • Manage new starter process and recruitment administration

  • HR
    queries such as holidays, overtime, unpaid leave, and sickness
  • TUPE & Acquisitions support
  • Resolve employee issues from login queries and benefit queries
  • Work closely with the payroll provider and build a strong rapport
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Assist with employee relation meetings
  • Support the wider HR department with ad hoc duties


HR Administrator - About you?


  • Experience in a previous HR Administration role
  • Payroll exposure
  • Strong excel knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and employee benefits scheme
  • A desire to work in HR
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident and able to build strong working relationships
