Location: Birmingham

Job Type: 6 month contract

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join our growing HR team. This position will be on a contract basis based in Birmingham and will report directly into our HR Manager.

The role of the HR Advisor is to support and work with the HR Manager and HRBP (HR Business Partner) project managing data and processes for key HR activities throughout the year. You will be enthusiastic and organised with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across EMEA.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities in this role can vary on a day-to-day basis, but as a guide, this is what you can expect whilst working with the HR team.

  • Support the delivery of TUPE processes
  • A generalist position covering Recruitment, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Performance, Reward and ad hoc projects
  • Provided HR Advisory support to the EMEA GOS (Global Occupier Services) business partner team to ensure commercial business objectives are achieved
  • Contributing to the content of local HR Policies
  • Supporting the recruitment process with data gathering for approvals to hire, development of role profiles and interviewing with business leads
  • Supporting/implementing the Reward strategy acting as point of liaison for project management of the salary/bonus review data
Role Requirements

This position will require the candidate to have pervious HR experience and be qualified to degree level or equivalent.

  • CIPD qualified would be an advantage
  • Experience of working with a matrix structure
  • Ability to analyse and present data using Excel
  • Experience of managing in coming and outgoing TUPE
