Interim HR Advisor - 12 Months FTC
Location: Birmingham / Hybrid with 2 days in the office
Salary: £27,500 - £30,000.

Are you an HR Advisor with good HR advisory and operational experience?
This HR Advisor role is absolutely critical to support a HR team and business going through a change programme.
The HR Advisor will work within a professional business setting, bringing HR expertise and an ability to influence and manage key stakeholders,this role is providing 1st line advice to managers across the business.
- Your key focus will be to provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practice
- Respond to questions regarding terms and conditions including pay, holiday and other forms of leave, flexible working requests, long term sickness, changes to benefits, exit process, etc
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practice
- Providing Management Information when required
You will have worked in a professional commercial environment, and be a good influencer, commercial, and able to provide robust HR support.
No two days will be the same, this is a fantastic grounding form someone looking to build a HR Career
