With more than 1,200 employees, National Star’s HR team plays a key role in the smooth running of our charity.

We’re looking for a proactive HR Advisor work with our team of HR Business Partners supporting managers across our services in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, and Wales.

This varied role will see you supporting and advising a multi-disciplinary team all focussed on ensuring we follow process with support and guidance on a range of HR queries such as performance management and attendance. You will also support the HRBusiness Partners with more strategic activities such as data gathering and analysis.

You’ll be someone with a good understanding of employment legislation, who has experience building strong working relationships with colleagues. You’ll be comfortable working autonomously and as a key member of a larger team.

The HR Advisor role works in a hybrid way, with a proportion of home working balanced with site work depending on organisational need.
