A vital source of expertise, you’ll allow our people to perform at their best. You’ll build relationships with colleagues at every level, providing guidance on a range of matters. You’ll coach managers. You’ll support investigations, disciplinaries and grievances. You’ll advise on training and establish HR best practice. A broad role, we can’t say for certain what you’ll be doing day to day, but we can promise variety. In this role you’ll:
  • Be responsible for the day to day functioning of a client group(s) taking an advisory role on best practices for recruitment, retention and general HR services. Provide comprehensive, pragmatic, and customer focused HR support and advice to employees and managers.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with partners, colleagues, centres of excellence, building a strong business relationship with their client group.
  • Partner with Quality teams and other support functions.
  • Guiding and developing managers through casework, and escalating appeals as appropriate to the relevant Snr HRBP
  • Take accountability for ad-hoc HR projects, owning, developing and delivering as required.
  • Supervising and authorising the preparation and delivery of contractual documents including promotions, role changes, terminations etc.
