Page Personnel are supporting a vastly growing service-based organisation based in Manby, Lincolnshire with the appointment of a HR Advisor (Employee Relations) to join a growing team.

Description

As a HR Advisor (Employee Relations), you will take responsibility for a number of clients within the Public Sector, you will be responsibility for leading a wide range of casework including complex employee relations cases.

This role will involve some travel around Lincolnshire including Manby, Boston and Spalding - you can be based in any of these locations.

Profile

Ideal candidates will hold a minimum of CIPD Level 5, you will also have a proven background in employee relations casework, including exposure to complex cases.
