Grade 6 (£30,502 to £36,386 pa)
Full Time (35 hours per week)
Do you enjoy working in a varied role in a fast-paced office environment as part of a small closely-knit team? Brasenose College has an exciting opportunity for a full-time HR Adviser who is passionate about HR and employee engagement. This role is a key part our HR team which provides support for around 250 College staff all year-round, including term-time and vacations.
This role would suit a committed, personable HR professional, with excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to quickly establish good working relationships and a desire to deliver a friendly and professional HR service. You need to be flexible and able to respond positively to changing priorities.

Prior experience in a Generalist HR Advisor role is essential (including all aspects of recruitment).
The appointment will be made on University Grade 6 scale (£30,502 -£36,386 pa) depending on experience.
