Job Title - HR Administrator (Part-time)

Salary - £17,329pa-£21,333pa pro rata

Location - Bolton

Job Type - 25 hours per week (Fridays work from home)

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company is looking to appoint a HR Administrator, with previous experience of HR Admin and Payroll within any industry. They are looking for someone who will be working closely with the senior leadership team across the company, in order to deliver HR and Payroll administrative support.

The Role

· Supporting with recruitment and induction, assisting line managers with the end to end recruitment process.

· Supporting line managers with implementing employee relation meetings involving disciplinaries, grievances and returns to work.

· Serving as the primary contact for all HR/Payroll related queries from employees and managers.

· Preparing contract letters and other employee documentation, ensuring all employee records are up-to-date and accurate.

· Be involved in the administrative aspects of annual activities and assessments.

· Monitor employee absence levels and maintain holiday records.

· Maintain and update HR policies and procedures and communicate with employees about this.

The Person

· 2-3 years’ experience in a HR Administrative role

· CIPD Level 3 or higher

· Excellent organisational and communication skills

· Able to maintain integrity and confidentiality with individuals and managers.

· Competent using business software such as Microsoft Office

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £17,329.00-£21,333.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
