The Company

An innovative market leader in the design and development of highly engineered and customised systems within the 3D printing industry. The company are at the forefront of the design and development of extrusion systems and have a strong product portfolio selling into both B2B and B2C markets.

The Role

You will be an integral part of a small but growing HR team within an ambitious company. You will be responsible for the HR administration as well as supporting and working closely with the HR Manager and wider business when necessary. This role reports to the HR Manager.

Main tasks of the job:

  • Overseeing our PeopleHR portal and ensuring records are kept up to date and GDPR compliant.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees.
  • Preparing letters (contracts, resignations, probationary reviews etc).
  • Dealing with emails and telephone queries on a day to day basis.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date awareness of relevant employment legislation and HR practices.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of dealing with confidential information.
  • A team player, helpful, positive and proactive.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and manage workload appropriately.
  • High level of attention to detail.

Desirable skills

  • Microsoft Teams & Sharepoint/Office 365 experience.
  • PeopleHR experience.
