If so then this HR Data Administrator role could be a great opportunity for you!

My client is a well established entertainment institute based in Southbank. They are seeking a a great candidate to support their organisation with a project which will see them update data records and files on their existing HR system in preparation for migration to the new system (People XD).

Salary £22k -£25k per annum, pro rata

Hours - 21

Fixed term contract - 3 months - could be extended dependant on success of candidate

Main duties

  • To obtain, input and update data records and scan documents onto our existing HR system(Sage/SnowdropKCS)
  • To carry out data cleansing of contractual data, cross-checking against stored documents
  • Ensure that the existing data in the HR database is updated and accurate
  • Run, write and present simple reports in Sage/Snowdrop KCS
  • Provide support in analysing reports to identify gaps and errors in existing records
  • Support with the review of the accuracy of HR data, and liaise with colleagues in HR and throughout the organisation to update this data
  • Assist with other activities around the migration of processes from Snowdrop to People XD

Person specification

  • Experience of entering data into HR or similar information systems (ideally Sage/Snowdrop KCS)
  • Experience of producing and presenting reports in an HR or similar system (ideallySage/Snowdrop KCS)
  • Advanced Excel skills, able to confidently manipulate and interpret complex data
  • Excellent other MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Accurate and excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise
  • Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes
  • Ability to properly handle and manage confidential data
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality, along with the ability to display discretion when dealing with a range of sensitive information
  • Good communicator (verbal and written) with both team members and the wider organisation
  • A positive and proactive approach, along with the ability to demonstrate enthusiasm in all aspects of the job.
