Personal Group is seeking an HR Administrator with generalist HR expertise to join our high performing and collaborative department on a fixed term contract basis.
Our HR team is supportive, and we have fun (it is one of our values after all!) but we are primarily here to drive the business performance in relation to our company objectives
As HR Administrator you will support our HR Advisors and Senior HR Managers with the full employee lifecycle, capable of producing offer letters and contracts, support the onboarding of new starters and handling benefit admin and enquiries. Being a confident user of HR systems and MS Excel is essential with the preparation of our reports.
You will ideally have a CIPD qualification (level 3 or above) or have equivalent industry experience. Being highly organised with excellent attention to detail is a must in this fast paced role, as you will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks and projects.
Working hours are 35 hours per week with flexible start and finish times and working from home options. Salary is up to £25,000 depending on experience. 25 days holiday, store discounts, online doc, pension and PMI are also part of our offering.
