Our client, within the environmental services industry, are looking for a HR Administrator to support the administration of onboarding of new employees and managing new hire contracts.

Responsibilities
  • You will deliver a quality and professional service to all customers providing contractual documentation changes and new hire contracts, along with providing advice via the telephone and email on all appropriate conditions of service matters relevant to transactional processes within the employment life cycle.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all employees’ data is entered into the HR systems in a timely, accurate and consistent manner, alongside resolving day to day customer service enquiries.
  • It will also be your responsibility to identify and escalate issues and incidents where necessary and contribute to the customer service delivery strategy together with supporting projects within the team when required, including but not limited to restructures within the business and general administration tasks
Responsibilities
  • Previous exposure to an HR environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident ’can do’ attitude at all times.
  • Accurate with good attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator - written and verbal.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated
This is a part time role for 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
