As we continue to grow, we are excited to add an HR Administrator to our global team.

About the role

SharkNinja are looking for an HR Administrator to help deliver quality Human Resources services to all areas of the business as part of a dynamic People & Culture team. Working under the instruction of the Senior HR Business Partner you will be providing HR administrative support in a busy office environment. As part of this role you will be confident, competent and have a flexible approach, work as part of a team but also be self-motivated and use your own initiative. The environment requires someone who can deal with several issues simultaneously with a high level of task management and be comfortable within a challenging work and high pressure environment.

  • Coordination and facilitation of the onboarding process for new hires in Europe
  • Entering new starters onto company systems
  • Drive the onboarding process, ensuring a great employee experience
  • Coordination and facilitation of the offboarding process for leavers in Europe
  • Preparing employment offers / contracts
  • Scheduling meetings and managing processes such as exit interviews, probation and maternity
  • Supporting the L&D lead in booking and facilitating training courses
  • Creating contractual change letters
  • Maintaining digital and electronic records of employees
  • Updating organizational org charts
  • Providing administrative and organization support for HR management team
  • Initiating background checks and following up on any discrepancies with the new hire
  • Audit personnel files in line with GDPR requirements
  • Participating in regular People & Culture meetings, noting and following through on actions
  • Taking notes in important and sensitive meetings
  • Managing the diary of VP People & Culture UK, EU
