ENHANCED DBS NEEDED

MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:30-4:30

TEMPORARY SICKNESS COVER

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of various HR programs and processes, including but not limited to payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating new hire orientations.
- Support the performance management process by assisting with goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis using HRIS systems such as Ceridian, Lever, UltiPro, Taleo, SAP, and Kronos.
- Stay up to date on relevant HR laws and regulations, including OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as Ceridian, Lever, UltiPro, Taleo, SAP, and Kronos.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.

  • London SW, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Human resources: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Enhanced DBS (required)
