Our client, an SME in the manufacturing sector is looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator for their base in Wednesday, West Midlands. This is a hybrid stand-alone role and will liaise with the HR Consultant and report into the Management Team. The organisation is expanding and going through an exciting journey.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR related queries within the organisation.
  • Completing and maintaining employee records in an organised and secure manner.
  • Keeping internal databases up to date. This includes various pieces of information such as sickness absence and maternity data.
  • Amending and updating a selection of HR related documentation such as contracts of employment and recruitment guides.
  • Reporting on metrics within the organisation.
  • Liaising with external stakeholders and ensuring that all relationships and communications are legally compliant.
  • Reviewing company policies to ensure compliance.
  • Communicating with external stakeholders in a clear, accurate and confident manner.
  • Project work on culture and communication
Requirements
  • Previous experience working within HR.
  • Literate in computer programmes such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels of the organisation.
  • Knowledge of dealing with confidential information in a secure manner.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure by keeping a cool head and prioritising appropriately.
There is the opportunity to work from home 2/3 days per week. In return, you will receive a salary of between £27,000-£30,000 (depending on experience).
