We are looking for an HR Administrative Assistant based in the Resourcing and Workforce Planning department. The role will be based at Dorchester Support Offices, Poundbury, Dorchester.

The Successful Candidates Will
  • Provide HR Workforce Planning administration and support to line managers, HR advisors, business partners and all employees
  • Support recruitment activities and the progression of job vacancies (external and internal)
  • Support the review and production of all HR related documents
You Must Have
  • 4 GCSE passes - Grade A*-C / 9-4, including English and Mathematics, or equivalent Level 2 qualification, or higher-level relevant qualification, and be able to provide evidence of this
  • Previous relevant experience of working in an administrative and recruitment environment
You Are
  • Ability to work practically and logically using your own initiative, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Able to demonstrate good organisational and time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards
  • Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with a positive attitude to internal and external customer care
Other Information
  • You must have a full current driving licence
  • Use of your own vehicle will be required, however a Service vehicle may be available
  • You will be required to travel across both counties to attend meetings and training
  • The role involves occasional weekend working to support Recruitment events and career fairs
  • A Disclosure & Barring Service Check (DBS) clearance will be undertaken on the successful individual prior to offer of employment
  • Any offer of employment will be subject to full pre-employment checks which include identity checks, right to work in the UK, medical and receipt of satisfactory references
