Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead and oversee our homelessness, housing options service and Housing Support Grant Team The service has also recently expanded to include our new projects i.e., Assessment and Support Team and Social Letting Agency.

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic manager to support, develop and manage staff delivering high-quality services and with a commitment to ensuring services reflect best practice. You will work closely with other agencies, delivering services in partnership and identifying opportunities for service development.

The successful applicant will:

  • to be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of housing law in relation to homelessness and have had previous experience in running or leading a homelessness service.
  • Have a passion for providing high quality client services to households in housing need.
  • Have experience of partnership working at a senior level.
  • Enjoy supporting team members to achieve good quality outcomes.
