The Work You Would Deal With Includes The Following

Drafting and reviewing occupancy agreements, policies and procedures

Advice on compliance with Landlord and Tenant legislative and regulatory requirements

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating management and service level agreements

Advising on all aspects of rent and service charges, including implementation of reviews and Tribunal cases

Preparation and delivery of seminars and training sessions at national conferences

Experience You Will Need Includes

Housing management experience or a property law background with an interest in housing management

Adaptability given housing management can change frequently

Strong communication skills
