  • 25pw - 37.5h pw week Job Description: This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Housing Management Coordinator to work within the healthcare community. You will be working with us as agency staff. We are seeking caring and compassionate Housing Management Coordinator who has had experience in the mental health sector / substance misuse and homelessness. Experience required:
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in the UK
  • The ability to learn and adapt to a busy and ever-changing environment
  • DBS in date or willing to do a new one
  • references covering 3 years employment Housing Management Coordinator role: You will be working 3-4 days per week on one site and 1-2 days per week on a nearby site. The customers might have experienced homelessness, substance misuse or mental health struggles, which may require your input into signposting them to relevant agencies. Your main role is to support customers to maintain their tenancy and move on successfully (aiming to move customers within 2 years). You will also be involved in assessing potential customers, co ordinating maintenance and contractors to turn rooms around, conducting sign ups / move ins, reporting maintenance issues and repairs, ensuring compliance (health & safety checks, fire checks etc), doing pre void inspections, tenancy reviews, rents monitoring, issuing warnings and notices and dealing with ABS as well as complaints Benefits:
