About the role:

Our Housekeeping Supervisor plays a vital role in delivering a great guest experience to all our guests. They have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guest expectation. Operating on the front line, they are the real ambassadors of our company, and are committed to consistently delivering high standards.

You will be required to ensure that cleanliness within all areas of the business is maintained to the highest standard and in line with company expectations and core standards. The role requires an individual who has experience of managing, leading and developing people within a similar role in a 4-star hotel or similar.

Job Description:

  • Maintain brand and cleanliness standards
  • Supervise cleanliness throughout the hotel (bedrooms, public areas, meeting & events spaces)
  • Support Head Housekeeper daily tasks
  • Train members of the housekeeping team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Duty management shifts

Salary

  • £11 per hour, 40hrs per week, full-time
  • Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
