About Us

Manorlands Hospice is in Oxenhope, near Keighley. As well as expert palliative care, we support people with life-limiting conditions, and their families. We work across Airedale, Wharfedale, Craven, and North and Bradford.

About The Role

We are looking for a part time Housekeeping Assistant to work on a shift rota to include weekends/bank holidays on a permanent basis.

You will be working within a team to maintain the highest possible standard of cleanliness throughout our Hospice. Your job will include laundry, daily vacuuming, mopping and cleaning of patient’s rooms, bathrooms and toilets.

About You

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic team player who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail. You will be helping to make a difference by helping to create a warm and comfortable experience for our patients, visitors and staff.

Experience And Skills Required
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Understanding of COSSH and Health and Safety Regulations
