Patterdale Hall is looking to appoint a Housekeeper to work, on average 37 hours per week, five days per week, between Monday and Sunday. The shifts will be variable according to the needs of business and will include evening and weekend work.

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the cleanliness of the Hall. Alongside this, they will also carry out a variety of duties within the two main areas of Catering and Housekeeping. On occasion, there may be the requirement to assist with the provision of night/evening duty.

The salary for this role will be between £19,895 and £20,293 (increasing to £20,293 and £20,699 per annum from 01 September 2021), dependent on skills and experience. An attractive benefits package is available.

There is the option to live-in at Patterdale Hall. The role may suit a live-in couple In partnership with other vacant roles (Cook/Housekeeper/General Assistant).

Patterdale Hall is a Residential Adventure Learning Centre, based in Glenridding on the shores of Lake Ullswater, Cumbria, which provides a variety of land and water based activities for school children and commercial clients. The Hall is part of Bolton School in Lancashire.
