Supported housing, where residents remain independent but live in a social supportive house.

We have several houses which need someone to look after them, our houses are all near to each other and each house will need cleaning once a week at least. This will involve keeping the communal areas clean and encouraging our residents to keep their own rooms clean and tidy. We are passionate about keeping a neat and tidy environment for all our residents.

Ideally you will have a background in residential support, hospitality or a similar environment, but this is not essential. If you do not have any experience training will be provided. Driver preferred.

We are looking for a caring, warm sociable person who can converse with the residents as well as getting on with their job. Someone with attention to detail and high standards for our high-end accommodation. Residents wishes must be respected.

Housekeeper Job Duties

  • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
  • Cleaning and sanitising toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks.
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area.
  • Washing windows.
  • Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs.
  • Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors
  • Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry
  • Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools
  • Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies
  • Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
  • Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
  • Steaming and cleaning draperies
  • Washing blinds
  • Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering/collecting more as needed
  • Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements to management

We offer a flexible working week of 20 hours per week.

House are in Wembley and surrounding areas
