Hotel Receptionist

Hotel 55 is a boutique hotel just a 2-minute walk from North Ealing Tube Station. Stylish accommodation with free internet is 30 minutes from central London by underground.

Each of the 29 air-conditioned rooms at Hotel 55 features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and a Nespresso Coffee Machine. They also include L’occitane toiletries, a minibar and a safety deposit box.

We are looking for a talented Hotel Receptionist to join our team.

As a receptionist you will become part of an exceptional team and your primary duty will be to provide our guests with second to none hospitality. The face of the business - you will be checking in & out guests, assisting with luggage, answering phone calls & booking taxis, assisting with reservations and ensure that the hotel looks presentable at all times

Your profile

Proven background in a similar guest facing role - ideally as Hotel Receptionist

Working knowledge of Rezlynx PMS system desirable

Fluent written & spoken English

Reliable & Flexible as the role involves shift work with early morning starts and late evenings
