```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all departments, maintaining high standards of service, and maximizing profitability.
```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services
- Handle guest complaints or special requests in a professional and efficient manner
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to quality standards
```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Solid understanding of financial management principles
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Multilingual or bilingual skills
- First aid certificate
- Fire saftey

- Basic life support
- Health, safety and welfare (inc COSHH & RIDDOR)
- Carry out security and fire checks around the hotel, dealing with guest incidents and requests for the following days business, end of the day accounting is completed.

Salary: From £27,000.00 per year
