Salary £55,000 - £60,000.
We
have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ’Hotel Manager’ to
join Warner Hotels at Holme Lacy.

What are we looking for?

Reporting into the General Manager we are looking for a Hotel
Manager who will work collaboratively with the Housekeeping, Grounds,
Maintenance Managers, the key areas of focus of this role will be
to ensure that the day to day running of the property, (including housekeeping, grounds and both planned and reactive maintenance) are delivered
to the highest standards.

The right candidate will be commercial, yet team focused and work closely with
the General Manger to support wider hotel performance ensuring that targets are
achieved. They will have a passion for creating a guest focused environment and
will be able to bring to life our mission.

What will you be doing?
You will take full accountability for the performance of the Housekeeping Grounds and Maintenance teams, monitoring consistent delivery of a quality Warner
experience.
Continually looking for ways to develop and improve the Guest experience.
Take responsibility to ensure leaders are always adhering to the Warner Brand
Standards and role modelling the behaviours expected of team in their
positions.
Supporting the GM on delivery of the Operations strategy and targets and hold
leaders to account for their performance against both strategy and targets.
Nurturing a high-performance culture where everyone’s contributions are

Communicating and engaging team and following up/resolving any opportunities or
issues raised by the team.
Continually developing innovative (within the brand framework) ways to delight
our guests.
Supporting the GM in ensuring 100% compliance with all Safe & Secure within
the Hotel. Analysing the hotels profit and loss sheet for areas of improvements and adjust
approaches accordingly in each department.

The ideal candidate will have: Great leadership skills with a huge passion for teams!Previous experience in hospitality, hotels or leisure industries from a branded
background. Strong business and financial acumen, with a passion for hospitality. Ability to work cross functionally.
