To lead by example and ensure that all aspects of production are completed in line with Health and Safety and food safety legislation. To adhere to IHG brand standards, manage all aspects of the food operation. Have a passion to achieve the best and to manage a business within a business. To ensure that communication with other team members each department within the Racecourse, suppliers and customers and is done in a professional effective manner considering both time and productivity.
