Hydropool Dorset Hot Tubs & Swim Spas are looking to expand our family business by hiring an experienced full-time Sales professional to assist with the day to day running of our Hot Tub & Swim Spa Showroom, located at Canford Magna Garden Centre in Wimborne.

This position will primarily focus on in-store sales. We’re a very friendly and relaxed working environment! The successful candidate will be a highly effective salesperson that is confident in their abilities to sell well. We are looking for someone self-driven, articulate and capable of delivering results! You will be focused on in-store sales while building long lasting relationships with our customers. You will also be liaising with customers of the past – This showroom has been open since Sep 2019.

Ideally you will have previous sales experience. Experience gained in the motor trade or home improvements sector is beneficial. You will be provided with Sales Training and Product Knowledge.

We are looking for a candidate to solely run the showroom as the main contact for customers on a full-time basis of 5 days a week including weekends. The rota is completely flexible on which days of the week are preferred by the candidate. From a commission point of view, weekends are our busiest time! Commission can be up to £1000 per unit!

Key Qualifications:

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· A proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.

· Willing and eager to continually educate and grow.

· A proven track record of success in sales, ideally from the motor trade or branded FMCG consumer goods or homewares.

Sales Executive Job Duties:

· Responsible for actively dealing with customer facing sales on site and online.

· Responsible for ensuring that all personal sales administration is completed in a timely and accurate way, including updating of client database (CRM).

· Responsible for ensuring that the showroom and product is kept clean to a high standard.

· Responsible for carrying out daily water testing when on shift, without fail and in strict accordance with regulations (training provided).

· Always maintain health and safety compliance on site.

· Drive the highest standards of professionalism and customer service and act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.

· Assist with the aftersales customer experience.

· Follow in-store opening and closing procedures. Other duties as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,592.00-£25,000.00 per year
