Job content
We are looking for Hospitality Operatives to support us in all stadium events with a primary focus on preparation and delivery for our match days. The key purpose of this role is to assist with setting up meeting rooms and conference areas whilst ensuring all working areas are kept clean and tidy and to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests and members.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- To set up conference rooms for tea/coffee breaks, lunches and other events
- Cleaning and any other duties assigned by line-manager - Support Event Managers/Event Assistants within various events throughout the stadium
- Follow all EHO processes and procedures at all times
- Keep clean furniture, dining tables, chairs
- Stock take all table Linen, restaurant cutlery and crockery monthly and record
- Ensure cleaning schedule is carried out daily
- Be efficient and professional when serving food
- Change table cloths and napkins
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or food service environment
- Positive attitude - Excellent communication skills
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- Passion for hospitality
- Ability to work to tight deadlines Package details

Salary: £17,550.00 per year
