We have exciting opportunities for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team at one of the Law firms based in Central Manchester where we provide catering.

We are a contract catering company that provides a fresh food service, serving seasonal and innovative food to a rosette standard for approximately 150 people on site.

We provide Hospitality, fine dining, breakfasts, business lunches and fine dining for Partners and their Clients. In addtion we provide catering for the staff who work at the site.

The ideal candidate will preferably have previous food and beverage experience within the hospitality sector, excellent customer care and social skills, be able to work using their own initiative and the ability to work as part of a team. Full training will be given but the ability to learn quickly and adapt to the environment is a must.

Catering experience preferred but not essential - previous work experience within a high pressure environment essential.

This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 7.00am - 3.00pm (please note it may be necessary to start and finish later according to the needs of the business). A degree of flexibility is required to cater for occasional fine dines and evening events.
