Star OUTiCO is recruiting for a Hospital Account Manager on behalf of our client who is a world-leading supplier of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and consumable products.

The successful candidate will work with hospital trusts in their territory, to represent and promote the products and services our client has to offer. They will work across multiple hospital trusts, working from a clinical and non-clinical perspective.

Hospital Account Manager Main Responsibilities:

• Achieve outlined strategic objectives through sales and revenue generation
• Ensure business driving activities are in line with operational and financial targets
• Identify and develop network of KOLs to support business plan
• Cross-functional working with customer excellence and procurement to grow business and product portfolio
• Increase clinical presence in key hospital therapy groups
• Maintain high-level understanding of product development, competitor environment and potential customer requirements

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Minimum 5 years experience working within secondary care
• Demonstrated experience within pharmaceutical and/or healthcare sales at a hospital trust and CCG level, with a pre-existing network of contacts
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders from a clinical and non-clinical setting
• Previous experience developing strategic business plans and communicating this effectively
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Previous experience working in Sexual Health would be advantageous
