We are looking to recruit a Registered Nurse (RGN or RSCN Qualified), to work as Branch Nurse / Homecare Nurse - for a complex care provider in the community. Our Client is one of the most experienced providers of clinical homecare in the UK - caring for adults and children in their own homes. The role of Homecare RN, is to cover Greater Manchester - the main areas covered include Oldham, Rochdale and Stockport.

Our Client have a team over 200+ carers and we are looking for a Registered Nurse to set up care packages by going out to patient’s homes, doing risk assessments, and allocating the appropriate care staff to each patient based on their skills and experience.

The role also includes;

Assessments

Care planning

Training & assessing care workers competencies

Working with the wider MDT

Attending meetings and making referrals

Looking at Marr charts,

Setting up care packages for patients,

For this role, you will have excellent organisation and computer skills and be comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Excel and Word. We are looking for an RGN (Adult), or RSCN (Paediatric) and you will ideally have experience with peg feeds and tracheostomy care, although training can be provided.

This role has an office base in Middleton, and the role is to work 35 hours per week across 5 days, working weekends when required for the business. The hours are flexible, so you can start work between 8am - 10am and finish between 4pm - 6pm (flexibility required)

The salary is £36,500 for full time - 35 hours per week.
