  • INCENTIVE PAYMENT

Work up to 20 hours weekly, after 3 months receive a £200 payment, after one year a further £200 payment.

Work up to 30 hours weekly, after 3 months receive a £300 payment, after one year a further £300 payment.

Work up to 40 hours weekly, after 3 months receive a £400 payment, after one year a further £400 payment.

Millennium Homecare are looking for dedicated people to come and join our valued team in helping our elderly and disabled residents to live their best life in the comfort of their own home. Working in care is never what you expect it to be, you have good days and bad days, so we expect you to be resilient and committed.

The role entails giving person centred care to those who need it most. This can be supporting people whom require showering, assistance with dressing, toileting, personal needs, meal preparation, prompting medication, social interaction, and sitting service, sleeping nights (suitable for parents of young children) and waking nights. There are times of work to suit every family with shifts running as follows; 07.00 – 11.00 / 11.30 – 14.00 / 15.30 – 22.00 / 22.00 – 07.00 (we do ask for some commitment to unsociable hours). Community care continues to be a safe environment to work in, full PPE is readily available.
Example of how your hourly rate is calculated and can be variable, for a 1 hour visit in the week £10.66, for 2 half hour calls £12.21, for 3 twenty minute calls £13.76. All of the above on a weekend £10.86, £12.61, and £14.36.

We have a VERY low turn over of staff, both in the community and office based.
