A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Insurance Customer Associate to join a prestigious company who provide specialist Home Insurance to customers who have more complex insurance requirements.

The role:

Working within a team of professional advisers in the contact centre, you will be required to speak with customers and offer advice to ensure the cover provided is suited to their requirements. Importantly, you will be expected to:

  • Provide a consistent, professional and high quality of service to ensure that all customers receive an excellent experience.
  • Handle new sales enquiries from quotation through to sale
  • Liaise with internal departments in a professional manner, following process e.g. referrals
  • Administer policies, where required, and field enquiries via telephone, email and online chat

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver a first-class service to Intelligent Insurance customers
  • Apply product and underwriting knowledge accurately in order to provide the correct advice to customers, enabling them to make an informed decision
  • Maintain professional standards

Skills and experience:

  • Insurance background
  • Sales experience
  • Customer service skills

Monday to Thursday – Shifts between 9am and 6pm

Friday – Shifts between 9am and 5pm

37.5h per week
