About The Carer Role

Our goal is to deliver great care and support. You`ll join a team delivering care and supporting daily living, in people`s homes, in a way that shows our customers respect and kindness.

You`ll be trained from day one and supported by aCare Coordinator, who will guide you in your work.

No two days are the same, but each day you`ll be rewarded by knowing you made a difference to those who need it most.We match our support to each customer`s needs, from domestic duties, personal care, medication prompting, to emotional support, social interaction, attending appointments.

About You

You don`t need previous experience. We train you from day one. To join us you`ll need:
  • A warm hearted, friendly manner, patience and a `can do` attitude
  • To be a `people person`, able to build relationships and work well with customers
  • You will enjoy the variety of working in the community
  • We provide a handset to update customer records and schedules (we`ll show you how)
  • A full driving licence, your own vehicle, willing to travel in your community
  • Walkers and Cyclists
  • Available to work between7am to2pm and 4pm to 10pm, including alternate weekends.
